Remove Waterproof Eye Makeup Fast & Effectively
Here’s a little trick I discovered recently when I was trying to make my remover last longer. This technique ended being more effective than how I used to do it. Plus, it saves a lot of product, too (I usually have to REALLY drench the cotton round if I want my waterproof mascara to melt off fast).
